Before scheduling or moving forward with any service provided by Faith Rodriguez LLC, the recipient (or legal guardian) of said service(s), must read and agree to the following with an express understanding that payment for the same also constitutes and upholds the terms noted herein.

1. I hereby understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez cannot guarantee whose spirit will come forth during my session.

2. I hereby understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez does not guarantee that the information I am seeking will come through during my session.

3.  I hereby understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez does not guarantee what my results will be whether I choose to:

a. take a class,

b. attend a mentoring session,

c. have an energy clearing,

d. receive a reading,

e. or simply glean information from a myriad of resources provided by Faith Rodriguez (e.g., via telephone, in person, video, book, manuals, website, Facebook, any media platform, or otherwise transmitted).

4. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez is not responsible for how a recipient perceives/ interprets information transmitted.

5. I understand and agree that sessions with Faith Rodriguez vary and my experience is my own individual experience. 

6. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez is a spiritual being having a human experience and that miscommunication or misinterpretation is possible. 

7. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez does not claim to be 100% accurate. 

8. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez has full intention to do her best with each of her clients. 

9. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez has the right to end, cancel, or reschedule a service(s) if she feels that your energy does not work well with each other. As this can hinder the process.  

10.  I understand that Faith Rodriguez does not offer refunds. 

11. In regards to a package service/bundle - I understand and agree that should Faith Rodriguez deem it necessary, to discontinue working with me, I will receive a refund only for the remaining unused package services. However, If I cancel the remaining unused package services,  I will not be refunded.

12. I understand and agree that any service provided by Faith Rodriguez MUST have written permission from Faith Rodriguez to share said information with others (including, but not limited to, posting on social media, or any form of recorded sessions). 

13. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez is not a medical professional and does not give any medical diagnosis.

14. I understand and agree to see a licensed medical doctor or a licensed mental health provider should I have any questions or concerns about my health.

15. I understand and agree that any information or guidance provided by Faith Rodriguez is to be used at my own discretion within the terms noted herein but not in the place of any legal, financial, medical, or diagnosis from licensed professionals in those fields of expertise/training. 

16. I understand and agree that Faith Rodriguez is not to be held responsible for any information that I submit on this website through Vistaprint forms, from any loss of any kind due to me clicking an internet link, or making a payment for a product or service.

17. I understand and agree that I "do not" and "will not" hold Faith Rodriguez liable for any damages, actions, decisions, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury, loss of income, death, stress/emotions, or omissions resulting from information that comes through during a session, class, house clearing/blessing, mentoring session or information from any of Faith Rodriguez's media platforms,  website, videos, books, manuals or any event otherwise offered by Faith Rodriguez.

18. I understand and agree (except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice), I and/or my representative(s) agree to hold  Faith Rodriguez harmless from any and all claims or liability of any nature arising out of (or in connection with) my session(s) or any service provided by Faith Rodriguez.

19. I understand and agree (except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice), I and/or my representative(s) agree that payment for service rendered constitutes that Faith Rodriguez is hereby released from any and all liability and/or claims of any nature arising out of (or in connection with) any service provided by Faith Rodriguez.

20. I understand and agree that as life evolves, Faith Rodriguez maintains the right to amend or update this Disclaimer/Liability form at any time.

21. I understand and agree that by electronically signing my name, I am stating that I have read, understand, and agree with every statement in this Disclaimer/Liability form.

22. I understand and agree to hold Faith Rodriguez free from any and all liability.

23. I understand and agree that I am voluntarily engaging in a service (or services) provided by Faith Rodriguez LLC and in doing so, I am hereby affirming that I have read, understand, and agree with everything in this Disclaimer/Liability form.
